This idea is for all real estate agents, and includes a pre-written sales letter that can be customized and sent to both current and future clients.

Getting a buyers attention these days needs more than just a good headline you need to do something different. Giving your potential buyer a feeling of certainty about the property in your listing is what will increase the amount of calls you get. Your client is the one that pays for the inspection prior to putting the logo on your listing, we can e-mail you a pre-written sales letter that you can email to your clients, which explains the benefits of getting a thermal imaging inspection done. This letter is written in Microsoft word, so you can customize it to your client’s details. 

Here’s some general questions/concerns that you may have: 

1)      If your client gets a thermal imaging inspection, and their home does show signs of leaks, will it reduce your chances of making a sale? 

If a problem in the home does arise, don’t be shy to show the potential buyer our moisture report.  They will appreciate it and feel in the loop right away. The report has the actual thermal photos of any moisture intrusion, so the problem can be repaired quickly and easily.  Your reputation as an agent won’t be tarnished if they find ‘hidden problems’ after the settlement. 2)      When can I use your logo for my property listings? 

If the home comes up ‘moisture free’ in the report, you can use the logo right away in your listings as an excellent selling tool, a very powerful one at that! This logo will stand out and be of great benefit to the seller. 

3)      Can the potential buyer call your company if they have further questions about the report?

Yes, of course. You would need to show them the moisture report first before they contact us, but if there’s any further questions they would like answered regarding the report; they can call us at any time. The report is emailed from us to you & your seller, so it’s a matter forwarding it on to potential buyers. 

4)      How do I convince the vendor to the benefits of having a report written? 

The quickest way to notify your clients they should get a thermal imaging test done is by email, and we’ve already written a template letter you can send them, should you be interested. Simply ‘chop and change’ it however you like. This is only a template, and you would need to customize it to their details. 

5)      How long does a thermal imaging inspection take? 

We can have the inspection done within 2 hours of arriving at the home (depending on the home size), and the report can be on your desk within 48hrs.
